An old worker from the Golden Condition Players is suing they and guard Monta Ellis for sexual harassment.

Based on an e-mail from lawyer Burt Boltuch, the suit is going to be filed Wednesday morning in Concord, Calif., in the Superior Court of Alameda County along with a press conference is going to be held after to go over the accusations, the Contra Costa Occasions reported.

The suit accuses Ellis of delivering "a large number of pictures" of "flagrant sexual contact" to some then-Players female worker between November. 2010 and Jan. 2011.

Boltuch stated the accuser had photo taking proof of the harassment. He stated both accuser and also the photos is going to be revealed in the press conference.

"You'll be shocked if you notice it," Boltuch stated. "It's pretty disgusting and graphic.

The Players are now being charged with covering for Ellis, with Boltuch declaring the complaintant was release since the team "desired to hide it.Inch

Boltuch also claims the Players have declined to solve the problem formerly.

A Players spokesperson stated neither they nor Ellis were built with a comment plus they hadn't received the suit, Yahoo! Sports reported.

Ellis, 26, was selected through the Players within the second round from the 2005 National basketball association Draft. He averaged 24.1 points and 5.6 assists in 80 games last season.
